Curious, why you only open at 12 noon on Saturday? Would have thought that on a Sat opening earlier would be better, as more people in town etc?

Yup NL200. Most of our current business comes from the office workers around us on weekdays atm, we expect to grow the weekends when uni exams are over, and when we eventually get a booze license. Brighton is so chilled no-one moves before 12 on a Saturday really, and we need a rest ourselves. |
