yeah, here's our flyer for interest. I'll give free chips to anyone from LP who visits; not likely I imagine so my chips are safe!

Cheers. There are guarantees, we visited the farm ourselves when we were sourcing our stock, and they have all the certification. It's a shame we can't use the word organic, since the meat actually is, but the process of making the meat into burgers isn't soil association certified even though nothing (bar garlic or jalapeno or whatever) is added.

Yeah Brighton, on the coast directly south of London. Brian Townsend moved here last year but I haven't spotted him.

My sister studied at sussex, so i've been there too. awesome place.

Cool, I did maths at Sussex! If it is recent we probably have overlapping social circles, they all seem to. There is quite a Swedish crew in Brighton, I got to know a fair few.

I get burgers 4 out of 5 days at work, if I get to the mother country one day I'll sure pop in!

I'm about to sell you a recipe. Balla burger: 2 patties, butcher cut bacon, jalapeno jack cheese (2 slices), on a ciabatta roll with your normal burger fixings. You owe me royalties, .25c per burger sold is more than fair imo

Curious, why you only open at 12 noon on Saturday? Would have thought that on a Sat opening earlier would be better, as more people in town etc?

Yup NL200. Most of our current business comes from the office workers around us on weekdays atm, we expect to grow the weekends when uni exams are over, and when we eventually get a booze license. Brighton is so chilled no-one moves before 12 on a Saturday really, and we need a rest ourselves.
