I broke the deal by playing at 100nl instead of 50nl when my br was at 2.2k. You simply renegotiated the terms so that the number of buyins I had to win was at 100nl instead of 50nl.

Baalim is worth 350 pesos as a coach. I really recommend all the advice he gave me. He basically showed me hand histories (at the secret spanish teamliquid site where he posts his hands) and told me how awesome he is. He gave me all this free advice because he obviously cared about me as a person, not because I was playing with his money.

Baalim, being a caring person, claimed that even though I had returned his money (and 350$ more) and told him I was quitting poker, said that if I ever played poker again in my life, I would owe him 50% of whatever stakes I played until I cleared the 20 buyins I still "owed" him.

Yes, you owe me that money... we made a deal, i backed you for 50nl and you had to pay a pre-determined amount of buy-ins, you cannot just walk out of the deal when you feel like it, you fucking owe me money.

I had this exact deal with Nazgul and i shipped him his 15k, i didnt just decided to be like "oh guess what im playing on my own now, but thanks" -_-

I am extremely grateful to Baalim. In the end, Baalim and me compromised. We negotiated a deal because I still wanted to play poker for fun occasionally. He said that as long as I played 25nl and under for fun, I didn't owe him anything. But if I played 50nl and above, I had to pay him.

I really recommend that others befriend Baalim. He is an outstanding individual with two assholes.
