For sure do not tell her she is fat when there is other people around

When my sister started getting fat after high school I would call her a hamster every time I saw her bc she could put food away for days in those chubby cheeks. Now she's skinny as a rail. That should legit work if you normally rip on people all the time like i do and just make jokes about it all the time til she's skinny.

You can't change people, i mean okay it's possible but it's really really hard, something big needs to happen to her so she realizes that he needs to "change" her habits. She already knows she's fat, she just doesn't care enough or don't see the health implications, probably because a state of denial.

So it depends a lot of her personality on how to approach this, but you need that SHE realizes by herself that SHE is doing something bad for her health, not that someone else( ie. you) point out what she already knows at least that she is the kind of person that when someone insult her, she has to prove them wrong and start trainning like Rocky

Talking from experience (been fat till 15 years old) lost most of it 16 up to this day

-fat people always think theyre "not that fat"
-we hate criticism if we dont plan on losing weight
-we appreciate it and think people are concerned once we try to lose weight and see it as motivation
