The total disclosed payroll for the April 1 Showtime-televised event, which took place at Stockton Arena in California, was $68,500.
Wilcox earned $8,000 to show and $8,000 as a win bonus for his $16,000 payday. Damm was paid $15,000 to show.
Main-card fighter Caros Fodor ($10,000) was the only other fighter to hit the five-figure mark.
