UFC welterweight champion Georges St Pierre wants to do away with rounds and bring back the old school. He wants a straight 15 minute fight (25 minutes for a championship bout) to determine who the best fighter really is. On the “Joe Rogan Experience,” GSP had this to say on the subject:
“There’s a lot of things I would change in the sport. First of all, the time, there’s no time, no round. Seriously, I believe it is stupid, the round. If you want to see who’s the best man, let them fight, you know? Fifteen minutes or maybe 25 minutes for the championship. No rounds. Why the round? Why are we trying to be like boxing? We’re not boxers — they did rounds to be like boxing to be accepted as a sport. Yeah, of course, 100 percent (there would be more finishes). No rounds. I think it’s ridiculous. 100 percent I would rather fight with a rule like this, I think it’s more honest, like, who’s the better man? Let them fight.”

^ You can find past UFC fights up to 1-2 weeks after they happen, at http://www.MMA-Core.com
After 1-2 weeks from the UFC event being over, the videos eventually get taken down. Also, MMA-Core doesn't host the videos on their website, it just links from other websites.
Non-UFC fights will stay up on MMA-Core for a long time.

pretty interesting 21 page article, giving us an idea of whats inside an UFC contract
"People want to compare us to other sports, and in some sense that's fair to do," UFC owner Lorenzo Fertitta said. He sat down with two key members of his team, president Dana White and general counsel Lawrence Epstein, to discuss the inner workings of the UFC's fighter contract with Bleacher Report."
