He has 3 allegations against him and is therefore is a moron for posting something so easily construed as being angry and anti-women considering he's probably a women beater.
I still think the fact that his fight might get cancelled over it is disgusting. We are such a pussified society. He didn't do anything technically terrible here, so no need to go HAM and cancel the fight.

Live stream?
TUF is every Wednesday, so you missed the first episode. You can watch live streams of TUF at the same websites that stream all the other sporting events.

Tough to pull the trigger but I'm not missing Weidman/McGregor getting historic 'W's on by far the best card, top to bottom, on paper, of all time.
I regretted not attending 187 in person badly, and that was just a piece-meal interim fight.
Fingers crossed on the injury tip, probably jump off a bridge if Aldo flakes out.
he loses the belt anyway if he bails again, also frankie edgar would just be as interesting imo.

If you guys weren't aware, there's 3 UFC events in December that are 3 days in a row. The Friday card has Edgar vs. Mendes, and the Saturday card has Aldo vs. McGregor. If Aldo pulls out, the UFC will pull one of those guys and make them fight 1 day later.

Nick Diaz is suspended from MMA for 5 years, as well as 33% of his $500,000 purse, and additional fees for the cost of the court hearing ($165,000 or so in total).

Banned for marijuana is retarded indeed.
However he should be banned for life due to being a complete scumbag, we get the bad boy act you can do it as long as you follow some basic borderlines like not fight with other fighters outside the octagon, show up to events as signed in contract so you don't fuck with fans that have been waiting for days and etc.etc. McGregor is the perfect example for how that could work in complete synergy. UFC probably banned him for life just cause they got fed up with his stupidity and were just waiting for a good opportunity to dump his ass
Plus its his 3rd offense so fuck him
They made an example out of him and its a fair case to do it on
Tbh Jack Sparrow quote " the problem is not the problem, the problem is your attitude towards the problem " is the exact obstacle Diaz has and will never understand

Wasn't it some type of athletic commission that banned him, a government organization not the UFC? If the UFC ever banned Diaz themselves they would never do a ban longer than a year imo, just a little slap on the wrist. I have no idea why, but Diaz is still a huge draw despite his lack of talent relative to the other elite level fighters, and the antics he does during his fights. Diaz lived a true hard-knock life but he appeals to the huge portion of UFC fans who are wanna-be thugs and tough guys.
IMO Diaz is probably a cool guy, besides the DUI's, and just a bit deluded in terms of where he stands in the fight community, doesn't deserve as much hate as the fighters who are steroid abusers, and wife beaters.
I read somewhere that the UFC Cut him due to his 5 years suspension, but on a second note I just saw there s no official data regarding that so im withdrawing that ye.
The thing is his suspension is well deserved. If something is unfair is that the steroid abusers aren't suffering much harder consequences - yes thats absurd. I'm not gonna comment on marijuana being forbidden thats another topic, but the institution suspending the athletes isn't the rules maker, just the executive authority. The rules state clear that marijuana is forbidden, you are getting caught doing it for the 3rd time in 8 years - at this point you must have had your priorities set straight. The woman is absolutely right, I don't get the hate towards her. Doesn't matter if the rule is retarded or not, either follow it or gtfo, if you re gonna complain about it and want it changed go talk to the respective institution.
I'm disgusted by people doing whatever they want then complaining about it although they are in the wrong. Ever since i follow the UFC its been always the same by Nick Diaz - do retarded shit, talk retarded shit, talk how he s the best or at least in the top tier, get opportunity - get destroyed, complain about getting destroyed cause someone did something to provoke that. If you can't handle your shit you don't belong there
There are tons of young people that would shit bricks to get a chance to get where he s at. Im sick of his justification being born in a bad neighborhood, bad family blah blah blah. So was Anthony Pettis and he is one of the most well respected guys in the scene
First of all, Nick Diaz's weed smoking is 100% legal, he does it for "therapeutic reasons", you can't blame him for it.
And 2 of his 3 test were negative, meaning the last test might just be a mistake.
Diaz took this seriously and hired big shots lawyers to defend himself.
Then he comission decided to be a bitch and give him 5 years.
Btw, UFC obv would never have done that.

You're an idiot.
Making an example out of Diaz might be acceptable if he actually did something wrong. They can't prove whether he did something wrong or not, and they are using 1 of the 3 drug tests to say he's guilty. Moreover, the test they're using is the 2nd test, which is from a non-accredited* lab, which is the one that says he failed. The other 2 tests are from accredited* labs and are official, yet they aren't being used.
This case is anything but fair if you actually know all the details, and it's clear you don't. I'd suggest reading or watching videos where media members explain the entirety of this case in layman's terms.
Lastly, the rules that were put into effect earlier this year say a 3rd time offender will get suspended for 3 years. It says nothing about a lifetime ban, which is what that blonde haired cunt tried to give him. Diaz getting suspended for 5 years is still bullshit, as it's not in the official rules, which lets you know the Nevada commission members are making the rules up as they go, at the expense of someone else's livelihood.
