Hes younger with more energy and probably a better wrestler. I don't really see what edge Urijah has other than his years of experience and timing. I think that youth and hunger plays a significant role here.

- Frankie Saenz is 9 months younger than Urijah Faber (35 vs. 36)
- Saenz is a grinding wrestler who lacks everywhere else.
- Faber's speed, defensive wrestling, and strength will deny Saenz the clinch and possibility of a take down.
- Faber's striking is way better than Saenz's, coupled with the speed, spells a disaster for Saenz who will be running into counter strikes as Faber avoids the clinch.
- We don't really know how hungry either fighter is. What we do know is what both fighters have to offer, and Faber's skill set trumps Saenz's, and like you said, Faber has the experience.
- When Faber isn't fighting for a UFC title, he usually looks amazing against his opponents. You'll probably think of Faber's fight against Francisco Rivera as Faber's moment of not looking good, but I wouldn't use that fight as a gauge for his fight against Saenz, since Rivera and Saenz are nothing alike.
I think Faber will either win a unanimous decision, or clip Saenz with a counter punch as he rushes in and get a RnC or possibly a Guillotine like he did with Michael McDonald.
Edit: What do you mean by more energy? Better cardio, or?
They'll be fighting for 3 rounds, and Faber has the better speed and cardio.

I thought Saenz was much younger. I remember him upsetting like Charles Oliveira in a dominating fashion and talk about him wrestling with Hendricks and saw him as an up-and-comer who would be hungry to win against a stagnant Faber.
Thanks for the analysis. It helped me in a lot of ways. I agree with pretty much all of it.

I do think that the lesser known fighters that Faber dominated had less potential and chances, and it might still be worth a bet at 5.5 odds. But probably not, I think you made me believe that Faber's speed and power can knock Saenz out, and I remembered it, whereas I remembered Faber not being able to touch Frankie Edgar for 5 rounds before.

Part of my thinking was that Faber was aging and I didnt see the same speed and explosiveness in him the last few fights. One he won with like an eye poke that wasnt stopped, then he just got picked apart by Edgar, and Saenz looked like h e had potential. I guess the real question is who are these two fighters in November 2015th.

Frankie Edgar is better than Urijah Faber in every aspect of MMA. Nobody expected Faber to win that fight.
Regarding Saenz, the fight you're thinking of where he dominated a Brazilian was against Iuri Alcantara, the big + strong guy who uses his size to dominate most guys outside of the top 10. Saenz was able to take Alcantara down and LnP. Faber also beat Alcantara in the same way, except that their fight started off with Alcantara locking in some deep submission, which the calm and experienced Faber was able to get out of and use his wrestling to win rounds 2 and 3.
If you're going to bet Saenz, the only bet that would make sense is Saenz by decision. He has had 3 fights against lesser competition in the UFC, and hasn't looked like he was close to finishing any of those guys. He kinda seems like a guy who used to be a good wrestler and wanted to do something with his skills before he got too old, so he decided to pick up MMA. He isn't skilled in BJJ, he striking sucks, and his movement isn't good enough to beat any top 10 guys. His strongest points are his wrestling and chin.

- Dustin Poirier vs. Joseph Duffy rebooked for the UFC 195 fight card, which is headlined by Robbie Lawler and Carlos Condit.
- Khabib Nurmagomedov injured again with a rib injury, which means he's out of his fight against Tony Ferguson. Khabib went on to say: "I'm not sure if I will ever come back."
- Edson Barboza steps in for injured Khabib Nurmagomedov against Tony Ferguson at UFC's TUF 22 Finale.
- Ross Pearson vs. Francisco Trinaldo added to Boston card.
- NAC hands Rousimar Palhares a 2-year suspension and a $40k fine for the Jake Shields submission fiasco.

^ injuries have cancelled the main events that have a RED X on them.
- Ronda Rousey's coach, Edmond Tarverdyan, claims bankruptcy while being over $700,000 in debt. (He owes a bunch of banks; he claims he hasn't made any money in the past 2+ years; and even tried to do some shady stuff with his fight-gym that Ronda trains at. Skip the Ronda video at the top of the news article.) http://www.bloodyelbow.com/2015/11/3/...h-edmond-tarverdyan-bankrupt-ufc-news
- With Matt Brown out of his fight against Kelvin Gastelum due to a knee injury, Neil Magny stepped in to fight Gastelum in new UFC Fight Night main event.

^ Daniel Straus broke his hand during his recent fight against Patricio Pitbull, a fight where he won the title by unanimous decision.
- Anthony Johnson vs. Ryan Bader serve as the main event for UFC on FOX 18 on January 30th, 2015.
- Royce Gracie vs. Ken Shamrock III on February 19th, 2015 in Bellator.
- Alan "The Talent" Belcher officially retires from MMA after 2.5 years of inactivity. He suffered a string of injuries, most notably his torn retina against Michael Bisping, where Bisping scraped Belcher's eye and forced the fight to be stopped early. Ironically, Bisping talked shit to Belcher in the cage when he couldn't continue, and Bisping is more known nowadays for his detached retina that he claims he suffered in his head-kick KO loss to Vitor Belfort, and plagues him in his daily life.
Mark Hunt -265

Jose Aldo +160
Weidman -175
Dos Anjos -240
Lawler -145

If you want feedback, you're supposed to ask someone their opinion on a fight or a fighter before you place a bet, not after.
Since you already made the parlay, all I can say is that that I wouldn't have added Weidman, since I think Rockhold will win the fight. However, both guys have outs, so I wouldn't risk putting either guy in a parlay.

Yeah but It was also for fun if the bets were only for making money I would asked for opinions after. I only want opinions of what are good and bad bets.
The reason I think Weidman will win the fight is because Rockhold cant use his kicks properly since Weidman will go forward and fight smart. Rockhold punches are not that good and Weidman have the wrestling advantage. I think for that odds betting on Weidman is Ev+, can you explain me how you see the fight.

Hunt is solid.
Romero line seems correct and therefore not worth betting.
Aldo is gonna get smoked.
Weidman line seems correct and therefore not worth betting.
Dos Anjos line is way off and you are on the wrong side of it.
Lawler line seems correct and therefore not worth betting.
Sorry bro you asked for feedback
I doubt anyone is gonna have the same thoughts on 6/6 fights so I wouldn't worry about it too much, but I'm on the other side or apathetic towards most of your plays.

Any thoughts on Barboza ML vs Tony Ferguson?
I wanted to take Ferguson vs Khabib possibly, but now I think that Barboza is just going to kick him like a horse, and hes so skinny he will collapse break a rib or something. Is there a good strategy Ferguson can use to beat Barboza?

I'm curious about your thoughts on Dos Anjos fight. -230 seems good to me. If the same guy who fought Pettis shows up, he should be -500

Cerrone has been getting better and better as a clean athlete (atleast relative to RDA). I don't think the RDA that beat Pettis will show up. LW division has so much parody and is so top notch that any fall off will be quickly exploited. I think it should be a pickem.

Ferguson stands a much better chance vs Barboza infact I think hes gonna pick him apart. Hes got much more fluid footwork and looser hands, and he can change directions and rhythm in a special, unique kind of way that I haven't seen in MMA yet. Barboza's spinning shit could work, but it probably won't, and I think Ferguson is quick enough to dart in and out of conventional range without eating most of Barboza's heavy shit while landing some cool shit of hiw own. Most likely, Ferguson is just a step ahead and tunes him up and possibly finishes him. Lets not forget that Barboza can be chinny and Ferguson is a nasty finisher.
I will say Barboza has improved his wrestling and striking defense and trains with a great camp so who knows.
