does somewhat lean mean closer to 10% or 15% bf at 220? either way it's impressive and i am curious what you were lifting at that point. i guess like bench press, incline db press, flyes, dips, bb row, t-bar row, curl, deadlift, squats, leg press, military press, lateral/front raise, w/e.
what kind of cardio?
i was one of the guys who posted about 300 workouts and tried it for a bit and as you said they are great for improving cardio/intensity but decided to stop being a pussy and continue bodypart split training w/ some cardio and start eating more like chicken/tilapia/broccoli instead of bbq chicken and bags of potato chips. being in the spot where you feel you are carrying too much fat but have a lot of room for improvement in a lot of lifts is definitely frustrating.

I was 5'9 221 with 15% and tiny tiny legs haha so a 230 upper body =)
now im like 20% bf
workout went well yesterday gotta get my sizes back, which were 47' chest, 53' shoulders, 19' arms, 16 inch forearm (lol thanks porn), 18' neck while being leaner then i was before (aka gonna be a lot of work haha) and have bigger legs. Not too worried about strength numbers just overall feel as I am older now and get injured too easily it seems. Trying for more functional strength and strength combined with endurance ie. benching 225 over 20 reps
RIKD - yeah diet is so crucial. I think 300 workouts can be very good and is prolly best type (like intervals/circuits/HIT w/e) for like 95+% of the pop. U will get stronger, leaner, and everything. Just if u already have a bodybuilding type physique or the bulkier (but more muscle then fat type like a fullback or something) its not the best unless u just want to be leaner and smaller overall

yeah wtf ppl just dismissed carwin when all brock ever did to him was lay on top when carwin was gassed out of his mind. seems like a good match for cain and i hope they give him a fight already ffs |
