Still seems awfully tricky for the DOJ to infiltrate merge since they are practically private now. I guess they jumped on immediately after seizing ftp/stars.

bye now

I'm following this and I will take of players on Hero. We've been actively diversifying our core market as well. As far as further comments on the situation, it would be speculation on my part at this point.

Dave (heropoker-ceo) has made it clear if the US market does get shut down, he will be able to pay back US players.

I would take any statement regarding guarantee of payment from an operator with a huge pinch of salt.

lol at not cashing out because of that reason... I would have took my money there asap... This is like street racing (fast and furious type of race). You guys are doing something somewhat ilegal and you can enjoy the moment but when theres rumours that the cops are on its way then get the hell out of there asap

according to his logic, everyone trying to drive away at once would cause a traffic jam, so youre better off waiting for the cops to turn up anyway then try to drive away.

I completely understand what you're saying, but if you're the first one to leave I don't see the problem with it. If things calm down or nothing happens you can always go back.

  This guy came to me looking for a stake. Is there any update on the situation?

2+2 = Neilly
PS = NeillyAA
FTP = NeillyJQ
PTP = NeillyAA

Owes $10,000 on PTP in rolled funds and has lied about the amount he owes (he says he lost the money playing rush but may have just out and out stolen it). He is currently backed by somebody else, probably on 2+2.

and this response to the post made me lol

  He applied to me too without realising he still owes me money. On PTP he refused constantly to give a audit. At first he says he was down to 4k of a 8k stake and lost the rest at rush and he would pay the 4k back. Then people done some research and found out he was actually up on the stake, after this he ignored all requests for audits and said he would pay back the full $8k out of the kindness of his heart. I've heard from others he owes alot of money to alot of people.

Def would not stake
