This guy came to me looking for a stake. Is there any update on the situation?
2+2 = Neilly
PS = NeillyAA
FTP = NeillyJQ
PTP = NeillyAA
Owes $10,000 on PTP in rolled funds and has lied about the amount he owes (he says he lost the money playing rush but may have just out and out stolen it). He is currently backed by somebody else, probably on 2+2. |
and this response to the post made me lol
| He applied to me too without realising he still owes me money. On PTP he refused constantly to give a audit. At first he says he was down to 4k of a 8k stake and lost the rest at rush and he would pay the 4k back. Then people done some research and found out he was actually up on the stake, after this he ignored all requests for audits and said he would pay back the full $8k out of the kindness of his heart. I've heard from others he owes alot of money to alot of people.
Def would not stake |

ya i did crash a 2+2 stake. its true. its probably the worst mistake i ever made in pokerz. (coudln't get bluefirepoker contract because of this)
i started on 8k. went to 14k. downswung $10,000 (which is/was a lot to me), i lost my head n lost the remaining 4k playing HU on nerd rage tilt.
Since then, I have sent $1,000 to PTP (this happened right before 4/15), and have made a public statement that I will have them paid back when I possibly can. That is all I can really do about a mistake.
And honestly, I'm paying back a stake because I made a mistake, where as like nobody else in the world would ever pay back since obviously I won't be able to use there service again.
Theres nothing scam about this, I made $0 out of it, I made a mistake that ended up costing me a debt of 8k which i've paid 1k of. the br was around 4k when i blew up n tiltdegened 4k @ nl200 hu.
Cool that you guys know so much about my life though, probably should worry about your own Byrn. |

byrnesam your quote, is 100% untrue, other than the player id's that are correct.
the stake amount was $8000, the money lost was a mix of Rush Poker (what I had on FTP and NL200 HU @ stars)
the "he applied to me" statement is extremely false as well. I was never "up" on the stake, i was up 6k in the first few days (8-14k), then (14k to 4k), then that money was lost.
I won a MTT on stars right before it was closed in the USA and sent $1k to the PTP, which had left me with pretty much nothing to my name.
That's all the truth, I've made a statement on PTP and have started sending funds there. they won't disperse the full amount til the 8k is paid in full. I'll have that paid back soon. I'm moving to start playing full-time next week.
Theres your clarity.

last thing i'll say in this thread, busting / messing up a stake is not anywhere near scamming. a player needs staked because they don't have money for one reason or another. obviously i needed staked because i was a HU degenerate. They took a risk on me, I had made them money before, but you can't expect every stake to go perfect. And I'm paying it off with no incentive other than doing the right thing.
all i can say,

So Neilly is this your last stake or will you go ahead and try to get another one after you repay this one? |

Not really true, you have not made a update about how your paying back the people on PTP in 5 months and I don't really expect to see the money back as you probably have the worst attitude with regards to a stake of anyone I have dealt with in the past, you simply didn't care. Plus your story has changed, before you said you lost the money in rush poker (untracked so no way to prove, convienient!) but now yours saying you lost it in HU and your a HU degenterate (saying it once is a mistake, twice is just you forgetting your original story), which just adds fuel to my opinion that you just withdrew/stole the money. And FWIW yes, your clear lack of morals/control/respect lost you a spot on BFP, they were very keen before they emailed your previous backers. |

invertible, there hasn't been a way for me to pay back, im moving to canada on the 16th of the month to start playing again, i'll start paying back then, there has been nothing to say.
i am very caring and hard working, i will obviously fix everything or i would never go to a site such as liquidpoker.net.
all my good friends that i owe ne thing to know they will be paid, ptp is there and will be taken care of. i'll be in canada for a year, i'll have everything paid and free before 2012 imho. |

oh, its been like 6 months, i just know i degened a mil in hu, i don't think of that night ever.
most likely was rush then, although im sure i dumped some on stars that day too. u can always just check, and the opr's and ptr's obviously matched, i had proof of this before when it was pertinent. |

So what i've gathered.
This is about merge's processors... not the actual network itself. Processors go down all the time. So won't merge just find other processors?
Also merge is pretty much the only decent option left for us players.. no? bodog seems really awful. |

1: That was the first thing that came up when i googled "neillyAA scammer", it didn't take a lot of effort to find.
2: Just because you choose to call it "a bad stake" or a "mistake" doesn't mean you didn't scam. you're a scammer because you willingly deceived someone into giving you money that you couldnt control yourself from using inappropriately.
3: Just because you lost and made $0 doesn't make it any less of a scam. You were happy to free-roll someones stake playing games you had no reason to be in just to fulfill your addiction because you're a degenerate.
How about being honest with yourself for once. The only reason you're making token payments of the debt and trying to claim that you're working hard to pay it all off is because you rely on getting stakes to keep you in action.
Im taking care of my own life and I really dont care about yours, but maybe i just saved someone from another one of your $8000 'mistakes' |
