Offering Coaching - Page 2

did 3 hours of coaching today, 1 hour of full ring and 2 hours of plo to digitpl and locoo. it came pretty naturally and think i overall did a pretty good job, but i realized that I do need to raise my rates for a few reasons.

1) im advertising this on LP so im gonna give them 10% of business I get through LP
2) an hour is not actually an hour, it ends up being a little longer with some preparation and extra time
3) im probably charging 40-50% of fair market value. Im going to keep my rates this price through january, but raise them in february
4) after every 4 hours of coaching the 5th is free, so im effectively charging 80% for longer term students
5) after february i wont be playing as much online and coaching/videos will be the majority of my income


my new rates starting february 1st:
plo: 175
nl full ring: 150
mtt: 125

dont want to go up too much, but i think since PLO is my main game now and its also the "youngest" game i should be charging a bit more there than the others.

gonna reflect that in the OP as well. but for the next 6 weeks its gonna be value town daut in coaching sessions
