I was invited to an auction where some developed lotes are going to be auction at the highest bidder.
I have some extra cash on the saving account which is not earning anything, and I was waiting for a good opportunity to invest in something, I dont need it to yield returns fast as I act today as if I did not had the cash.

as you can see in 2007 it reached its peak of 36k when the housing boom, today its worth 7.4k.

I was thinking if I could buy it for 5k or less its a good investment? the lot has utilities and sewer and cable. its ready for a house to be built on.

its located in a nice sub division. a house in this subdivision is going for: $79,620.

keep in mind there is HOA fees. $60 a month or $720 a year. taxes 136 a year.

so my raw investment will cost me 5k + $890 a year. so i figure in 5 years i would have spent 9450 and I expect the price of it to be 10k maybe a little more if mitt r wins.
what do you guys think?

played the million on starts and the 200k on UB with half my action

on starts

we out AA v JJ apf really early .. standard cooler

I was doing much better on the 200k UB had around 35 bb raised AKs from co to 900 BB made it 2100 I tank for like 30 secs and shove, he called and his TT held up

that left me criple with 16 BB then just stole some pots here and there.. 200 ppl left 90 is itm I had 15 BB picked 66 on md and shove botton calls with QQ and im out

so yeah.. negative day pretty gay Im going to cash out the rest of my roll around 900 and quit playing for a while

well today once again i found myself bored at home so I deposited 50 to play the 5 rebuy

I was doing really good, being top 5 in chips most of the time but then I had two errors and a good laydown I think

After not playing poker for sometime I deposited $50 on UB, just looking to kill sometime and play some MTTS, nothing serious.

Cashed in the 5 rebuy and last nighted FT the 7.5 grtd. So my roll was about 200 bucks

I was going to cash them out, because I dont really have what it takes to play poker for real, I just enjoy playing some MTTS for fun. But I had to wait 48 hours before I cashed out.

So I decided to 1 table at nl50 for a little because no good MTTS were going on and I played very tight and solid, making lots of notes. surprisingly I did good and now my bankroll is 500 bucks :D

going to play until I hit 525 so I can cash out 500 tomorrow =D

Well I hadn't play poker for a while, because I decided I needed a break after busting in the bubble of some big tournament some months ago. Last night I started to play again, got 15 in the 5 rebuy for like 100 bucks. Played about 5 MTTS today, didnt cash in any.

But Right now I made the FT of the 10+1 7.5k grtd. field with over 600 players, been playing pretty tight and solid.

Right one Im 5/8 with 77k chips, blinds at 2500/5000 with 500 ante. cheap leader has 220k
