I've spent this weekend with my gf so I didnt have much time to play poker (actually I've played about 200 hands when she was learning for some tests :D) I've finally cleared this PS bonus and decided that I'll test "once so much known" NL25.
I've decided to play at first just 4 tables to adjust to new types of blinds raises etc stuff. Then suddenly I've became bored so I start 6 tables.
What are main differences between nl25 and nl10? NL25 players can actually SOMETIMES fold their hands, not very often though but some of them thinks about their play a bit, still I find nl25 even with my extra sloppy skill (that I can't even call skill   ) very easy to beat. I've suffered some bad beats but still after about 1 hour of 6-tabling I've gained 20$ (which is crappy but c'mon, I've suffered AK vs 67 flop A67 rainbow and stuff like that :D )
What I've never mentioned in nl10 but still continue to happen in nl25 is fact that I sometimes have to fold pocket pairs just because the stupid raiser is shortstack with 4$ which really makes me H8 +H0$e 5+uPid FUCk3n sHORT5t4Ck$ !

Proper topice name  : couple few days back from 4th day
As I mentioned in my whiny blog post about 12 days ago, I've run really bad. I've lost nearly half of my BR, suffered bad beats, played bad hands etc etc.
Next week I couldnt play any more poker because we we're preparing for pron so I have to make sort of movie for our class. Here is what we presented . After it I could finally play some poker.
With my last 79$ I have to rebuild my stack and gain some confidence. So 29th January I've started to play again. I've deposited on partypoker so I could have that 100$ bonus. It was for start really hard to play well and calmly but I think I've managed to play that way and it payed off. Yesterday night I've clear it all and not only clear but (as on the other days) I've played well and end out with 290$. And I still have to clear (100fpp more) my 120$ bonus at PS so I expect to go to nl25 pretty soon if nothing will fuck me up.
I hope I've gain some poker skill during those days and that I'll be able to play even better (which is for average LP.net player still horrible, but at least I'm trying )

After previous "not so gooood" day I wanted to challenge all those stupid shortstacks and donks that play there (well, I'm probably on of those donks, but at least I try .
I started playing usual 8 tables of nl10 but soon I had to discover that today won't be easy day as featured in this hand (note that I've lost nearly all today's KK, vs AQ, AAs etc, everytime A came..)

I told to myself (after reaching 88$) how GREAT I'm to be after 3 days again on my start. So I've changed my style a bit and managed to dodge some serious beating (like folding KK(AGAIN !!) vs set or 222 vs straight).
Very happy that I could dodge so many "problems" I started to play so much better and about 800 hands I've gain nearly 4 buyins. I think I will play more today ... I must try all those new stuff I've learned today
After this session I feel that I've learned 50% of things that I do now know. Today was excelent day not only for my BR but also for my psychic, skill and my self-confidence.
I've understood that sometimes laying down "big mommas" AA,KK or QQ can really help you, even if I wasnt sure 100% that I'm beat there I've realized that there will be 53289048320982 situations where I will use those cards better than I could in those situations.

So today I wanted to have a big big session. But there was a problem, I played well but luck wasn't today on my side. I've somehow managed to get out of PF allin by folding QQ (guys had KK and AA)but then I've started to lose and lose and lose (like a set vs set or smth like that).
After 3/4 hour of this bad beats and bad luck I've realized my psychical stamina isn't that great, after those 3/4 hours I felt kinda "psychicaly exhausted" by this bad luck. Maybe I will play more later. I MUST TRAIN MY PSYCHICAL STAMINA! I can't become bad mooded and maybe then start to tilt after few bad beats!

I thought that today I will write topic "day 2" about how much money on nl10 i easily grinded BUT ! my school said NO poker for you Peter, more in depth. I must read book "Veronika decides to die" from Paulo Coelho and I must make a speech about this book TOMMOROW !!!1!.
But since I like Paulo Coelho (I've read alchemist from him) I thought I could handle it. So I've began with 150 pages of this novel.
I must say, I'm impressed (like I was while reading alchemist). If I could read books only from one author, it would be surely Paulo Coelho. His writing skills and particulary depths of "self-monologues" are reeealy deep. I can't properly describe my feelings during reading of this book but, seriously guys, when you want some book, look for Paulo Coelho's one.
First Day

First day has passed and so did my first hours of poker playing. I must say, that at the beginning I coulndt handle even 4 stupid tables (wtf? ). Everything was beeping around and all those graphic shits (oh ye, the dealer and his chairs) was really annoying (I must use new modification for this)
Anyways, after some time playing 4 tables NL10, I've started 9 tables mass games. Let's be honest, I did suck, horribly and terribly. I've tried to played ABC solid rock-a-like poker. Afraid of betting too low, I decided that I will try to bet strong (nearly all the time bet the pot)which I'm not sure if it was a good idea.
I've won few allin showdowns, got terribly sucked out on pf allins (JJ > KK) but managed somehow to raise my BR by 1/4 which si quite good.
I've also played 3 sngs, 4th place, 3th and 2nd. I've sucked but SNGs are really "printing money company". Maybe I should concentrate more on those, but I dont like it because it's not poker, its just sitting and waiting for coinflips to come..

Hi, Im PetrBlaha, some of you can know me from teamliquid.net forums.
I play competetively BW (as many ppl here do ) and I used to play poker for awhile...until I started another business which isnt here really important.
Somehow 14 days in a row I dreamed about playing poker (wtf?) so I said to myself that I should try it out once more . I deposited my last 88$ that I left for unknown purposes on neteller and started playing poker again on MIGHTY NL10.
