HU SnGs
k4ir0s, Apr 23 2010
I been playing abit of HU sngs lately and theres quite a few people I ran into who time bank EVERY SINGLE HAND. Its no blinds increase type game, the games last like 1-2 hours and its boring as hell... -_-
Has anyone come across players doing this? they obv do it on purpose so there opponents lose patience and tilt ..
FPS
k4ir0s, Jan 28 2010
look at the stupid shit I do, lately i've been losing atleast 1 BI every session by doing stuff like this. idk what im thinking at the time, when the hand's over I know how bad i played it, i know all of my mistakes, but i just keep making plays like this over and over my winrate would double if I could just control myself

Is FR for me?
k4ir0s, Jan 27 2010
It seems like 95% of successful FR players play atleast 12 tables at once. I usually play 9-12, I really dont enjoy playing more than that. I seem to tilt more often when I have 10+ tables open and I find it pretty hard to take notes when I have like 11 tables open.
I win at 3bb/100 @ nl100 FR. Im really not sure what to do right now, It feels like im at a big disadvantage not being able to multi table well. Its depressing seeing all those guys who play 24 tables no problem and sustain a 2bb/100 winrates. idk what to do, i'd appreciate some advice
btw are there many FR players @ nl200+ who only play like 9-11 tables?
ADD & poker
k4ir0s, Jan 21 2010
I have ADD, although I haven't ever taken meds for it. i've been thinking about getting some for when I play poker (lol), dunno if it'll help.. im guessing it will
those of you who take meds for it and have ADD, does it help?
Switching to 6max?
k4ir0s, Jan 21 2010
I really been wanting to try 6max for awhile now. I find FR boring, and feel that I could get more out of 6max since I play FR at 19.5/17.5. Although I wouldn't know how to play well preflop, I wouldnt know what to put people on when getting 3bet and stuff. idk what to do, im beating nl100 FR at like 3bb/100 over ~75k hands.
What should I do? if I switch to 6max, should I beat nl50 first? or even nl25? or should I just suck it up and keep playing FR, since beating anything lower than nl100 would be a waste of time..-_-
fuk
k4ir0s, Jan 20 2010
i always heard about the doomswitch u get after withdrawing, never thought it was true until now^^ this is absolutely the worst time to run bad, since im moving out on my own again and having to withdrawal a bunch of money for furniture and shit
weeeeeee
btw im having problems with motivation. I read in previous threads that spending money = wanting more money, giving you more motiovation to grind. I really dont spend that much money, since I dont really need much to live the way im living right now. What do you guys think about this? should i spend more money lol
Bank$ for stars$?
k4ir0s, Jan 19 2010
lol dunno if its really possible for anyone to help me out with this..
Any reputable LP'er wanna wire me $700-$900 to my bank account, ill send first obv on PS or through moneybookers, whichever you prefer. I'll pay u like $25..
I'd do it myself through moneybookers but I have to wait like 3-5 days for the identity verification + 3 days for the transfer and a check takes 15 days. -_-
Im needing this money ASAP cause im moving into a apartment soon and i wasn't expecting to pay a deposit on it, so yah. plz someone help

I played alot of live poker the last few days at fallsview, there were soo many big donks playing. worst time to run bad, I lost like $900 but w/e.. it was pretty fun
btw do you guys think its rude to ask the dealer to see someones hand before it gets mucked? I did that a few times yesterday and everyone was giving me shit for it -_-
Anyways, im doing pretty good online, should be taking a shot @ nl200 soon. Here's my graph after my 1 and 1/2 month break, my laptop broke down so I got a new one (an asus g51j)

k4ir0s, Jun 27 2009
I just started poker again earlier this month after a 3month break. (3months ago I tilted most of my roll after a shot at nl100). Been rebuilding and running great at nl25, although every time I take a shot at nl50 I run like shit
lol 15.5bb/100 @nl25
Here are some hands.
this donk just lost a big hand, figured he was tilting
