funny, I used to think the same thing about FTP. In fact, still looking back at my HEM database, on stars my EV is pretty much in line with my results. I lose where I should lose, and I win where I should win. On FTP it's like 50% skew. Unfortunately this is all over like 30k hand sample which some people do in a day so I guess I started my poker career on a downswing. Oh yea, I still play on FTP.

I run much worse than you. Your luck is standard and the fact that your writing paragraphs about it when it happens one time is hilarious. I routinely lose 3-4 90/10's per day and my it sucks ass. You should see how I run as a 60-65% favorite AI on the turn. It would make a grown man weep. Long story short. Suck it up.

I only played 1 month on Cake poker ~ 25K hands ( changed site due to shitty software and low traffic)
I did run okay for the most part.

And i have played like 65K hands on FTP so far and i really cant complain much.
Everything seems perfectly fine in terms of riggedness

will always be cake in my mind, i loved FTP - ran the way a poker player should run - win when youre supposed to, lose when youre supposed to.

Not lose when youre supposed to and lose when you shouldnt.

i only remember two hands btw : i 3bet some idiot he flats, i lead he shoves on like 468 rainbow board with KQ vs my AA, turn K river Q. Not exactly 2 outtered, but running 2 outtered i guess you could say. I was like 96% on the flop.

the other was all in on turn set vs overpair river gives him higher set.

some other hand that titled me was : 89hh on 267 board with 2 hearts, 3bet pot, i donklead he flats, turn 9d or something, i bet again he shoves i call, he shows 69o and river is a Kc - I think this hand put me over the edge more than any of them. (and no, im not checking this turn - please dont say stupid shit like that).

Its enough to make me sick, i have done EVERYTHING right and just lose lose lose lose lose. I better win the fucking lottery or something soon, because i am really overdue for SOME SHIT to fucking work out for me when it comes to gambling.

anyway - cashing out all winnings, hoping to move to ipoker(where hopefully the site is not set up to let bad players win like it is on cake).

i always laugh at people saying sites are rigged but I got the most horrible run of my life on cake with ridic beats every other hand that made me quit, so who knows ^^

I havent played in 2 weeks so I sat down at some NL2 tables today, and pretty quickly the suckouts began. Some monkey on my left flatted my call against a shortstacker who 4bet shoved preflop, flop comes down 299 or something random. I lead out, he raises me, I shove, and he calls. I show KK, he shows A4s, no draw. He rivers a straight. I asked him wtf he was doing, he said he was purposely looking for a suckout to tilt me, so that he could own me later in my newly tilted state. You have to admit, predicting every street to level someone into oblivion is a pretty good idea.
