There we go im shopping for my new car ;p im spending around 15~17k for it my current choice are :

Mazda RX-8 2004 60~70k Kilo

BMW 2003 320i 189k kilo~ with 2 sets of mags (Steptronic)

BMW 2001 325i sport package 80k~ kilo (Manual)

Mitsubishi Eclipse GS 2006 35 000~ kilo

all of them are around the same price, Im just wondering which to pick etc. i'm 20year old >_> and i like sport car (obv) etc.

I'd like any car suggestion etc.

I'd like also to get some information bout Rx-8 motor since it's rotative :/ im pretty much clueless

Also, there is something to fix on the 2003 BMW, both mirror on each side are electrics/heating however the water is gettin into the mirror. So it look like the mirror is burnt from the inside? how much does it cost to fix it etc.

first off dont get teh eclipse.. its FWD and thats boring in a sports car, seriously there is no such thing as a FWD sports car, if u get somethign thats FWD u should just get something cheap and give up on the whole sports aspect. i have a 2000 bmw and ive driven the rx8 and id rather have the rx8.. you have to be a little better with maintenance with the rx8 But, u can safely drive it much harder, so its give and take.. but maintenance with both those cars will be close to the same price, you just need to make sure you get it done on the right time.. no waiting an extra 2 months.. rx8 has a rotary engine so it works in a totally diff way then a normal engine, and because of the rotary system its much safer to rev the engine to crazy high RPMs, i think that adds alot to the fun of driving.

anyways.. my advice is rx8... the bmw mirror u cant really tell how much it costs, it might need to be replaced and then it depends if u buy one on ebay or from dealership.. dealership is gonna run u a few hundred, ebay is gonna b like 30 bucks.. but then u gotta get it painted.. u could also just say fuck the electrec heating part of it and just replace the glass.. and anyone with a brain can do that on their own.

so yea..get the rx8

Its hard to make a easy buck legally, its impossible to make a easy buck morally.

the only downside to the rx8 is although it has a bad ass rotary engine, once that goes, its GONE. the repair for it is usually very expensive or you have to replace the entire engine just because the way rotaries are designed. However it is a lighter and more awesome than the other cars you mentioned. Now that I think of it, the BMW repairs probably will cost alot too. I would say go rx8. Dont even consider the eclipse sorry. The only eclipse worth thinking about IMO is the oldschool eclipse gsx that was 4wd and turbo, pretty much an eclipse/evo

get the 325i

the 320 has too many miles on it imo, and im not about to buy a car i need to fix something on, that's retarded the owner should do that before they sell it.

the rx8 gets like 15 mpg and the rotary has shitty reliability. I've heard tons of stories about blown motors.

and the eclipse is a shitbox.

Mazda RX-8 2004 60~70k Kilo:

Good car, rear wheel drive, strong in the corners. 1.3L rotary engine that guzzles oil. Seriously you will need to change the oil in this thing a lot more often than a conventional motor. I've also heard about reliability issues. The engine doesn't produce much torque so you need to rev high if you want to make any power. Some people like these high revving motors, others don't. This is the only one I would really consider a "sports car" from your list. The BMWs are more sporty sedans and the Eclipse is lol.

BMW 2003 320i 189k kilo~ with 2 sets of mags (Steptronic)
I'd steer clear of this. Too much mileage and everyone know BMW maintenance is expensive.

BMW 2001 325i sport package 80k~ kilo (Manual)
Not a bad idea and manual ftw.

Mitsubishi Eclipse GS 2006 35 000~ kilo
Not an Eclipse fan at all. Personally I would stay away.

I'm not quite sure if by sporty you mean a car that actually performs or one that just looks nice but out of the ones you listed I would go for the RX-8. You say you want something sporty and the RX-8 will outperform all of those cars. But you have to keep in mind maintenance aspects. If you want to be baller spring for the Bimmer.

I agree that RWD is superior to FWD in racing and that FWD has it's limitations but it's not like you can't have fun in a FWD car and that they can't perform. The Cobalt SS Turbo (Cobalts, lawl) will give many RWD cars a run for their money. It lapped Nurburgring as fast as an e46 M3. A personal favorite of mine and I would stab my best friend for one of these:
