i don't know how many of you know who he is, but Jun Seba, aka Nujabes, has passed away. if you have any interest in rap or hip-hop at all, then you would know who he is.

if not, he was a producer from japan who is probably most famous for his work on the soundtrack of Samurai Champloo.

this man is literally the reason i bought my first turntables and he is probably my favorite producer of all time.

here are some of his best songs (imo):

to be honest, i'm devastated and i feel like shit right now.

RIP Nujabes

Well, you could download the Champloo OST or just search for it on youtube. Search for "Nujabes", "Force of Nature", "Fat Jon", "Shing02" to find his music and those similar in style.

Space between two worlds will always be the best in my hort. Especially if it wasn't sampled which I haven't found out yet. Counting stars is too close to the origional imo.

Nujabes has worked with well known Korean/Japanese hip hop artist Verbal, and in terms of American hip hop, members of the Wu tang clan like Ghost Face Killah just to name a few.
