20+bi swings are not rare in nl, but there is a huge chance you are spewing a lot while on downswing
My advice is chill for several days and review your game (looks like there is a good sample to do so), the games won`t go away and you will find a lot of spots where you are making the downswing much worse with bad plays |

The best what can I now is take a break and chillout. I am gonna grind 45man for next few days which i steal beat.
Will review hands and drop out tilt.

my advice is: dont chill, dont stop playing
everybody said that to me before and I always did that, and now I think it was just wasted time
you have to push harder and try to control yourself more and more if you are tilting, that's the only way you will improve where you lack
20bi swings are standard and you can't just stop playing everytime you have one |
