Made it into the Millions! + Legality Question
Jonoman92, Jul 07 2009
So basically I have no money or FPP left at pokerstars but with my last few FPP I entered a satellite for the $1 Million turbo takedown and was lucky enough to win a spot. Arcology=me
I started playing at pstars when I was only 16 so I made the account under my dad's name. If I ever decide to move back to pstars or if I win big in a tourney I wouldn't want to worry about forfeiting my winnings due to illegal play or something like that. Would it work to e-mail pstars, explain my situation, and ask them to change the account to my identity since I am now 18?
Also, about how long, on average, does it take for the turbo takedown to get down to around 500 people, and how long does it last in total?

Played 2 decent sessions today and I had two hands that were somewhat interesting....
This is the lesser cool one but not bad because at least I win. I had no read on the guy but I really never thought that long about laying down my TPTK.
Now this hand is weird. I'd only been at the table for one orbit and it was clear this guy was nuts. I had KhQc by the way and I was pretty stunned by his holdings.
-This is a totally separate thing but I had pocket 7's this hand and 3 people call. Should I always just c/f on a scary board like this since it's very possible someone has a Q?
Now this is Poker Folks

Sorry if this is widely known thing but I thought it was funny. If it was in April I might have thought it was a joke.
I think I'll post my awesome NL20 graph once I get 20k hands. I'm halfway there after about 2.5 weeks so far. That's assuming I'm not broke by then.
Damn I searched and found this. It doesn't have a cool screen shot though. http://www.liquidpoker.net/poker-forum/668029/kamikaze_sit_n_Gos.html
Negative Rakeback?

edit: nvm I'm just dumb. It's all good.
"So I'm a SC player trying to get into poker. I recently deposited $500 on cake and am trying to figure out what is going on with rakeback. Cake and LP have differing statements of how much rakeback I've earned.
I recently starting playing at cake poker through the 33% rakeback thing and the 110% deposit bonus.
-This is what LP statistics say. (How can I have -$22.43 rakeback?)
June 8, 2009 Cake Poker 1166962 $-22.43 33.00% $-7.40
June 9, 2009 Cake Poker 1166962 $8.69 33.00% $2.87
June 10, 2009 Cake Poker 1166962 $25.90 33.00% $8.55
Total $4.01
-Now this next thing that I found on cake poker basically says that you are able to get rakeback and clear the bonus at the same time, but you'll have a slower time clearing the bonus (since usually it is 1 FPP per $1 rake and 7FPP per $1 in tourney fees)
"We’re pleased to announce our very own Bankroll Stimulus Plan: There will be ZERO deductions against your Earnings starting May 1st, 2009!!!
To facilitate this new Bankroll Stimulus Plan, we’ve made some changes to your FPP rules (see below):
Ring Games: 0.5 FPP for every $1 in rake.
(example: .25 FPP for $0.50 raked at the table)
Tournament: 3.5 FPP for every $1 in fees.
(example: 1.75 FPP for $0.50 in tournament fee"
And on Cake it says:
Hands Dealt 2484
Hands Raked 812
Total Rake $41.56
Entry Fees $0.00
Total $41.56
Earnings: $13.71"
