Heyyy everyone hope you've all had a great few weeks and welcome back to another Music You Should Hear Volume 4
This one is a little shorter because I wanted some songs from other users that they haven't heard anywhere else that is relatively new and unheard of.
edit: also on some exciting news Ben Burnley of Breaking Benjamin has won his court case against two former band members and will be getting back into the studio hopefully soon. FUUUUUUUCK YEAHHHHHH
Breaking Benjamin live > Anything I've seen
Well that's all folks - take care :D and please feel free to share new tunes you've started listening to. I love finding new and upcoming music - and it's tough now that I don't have CS Movies to give me that anymore unfortunately haha :D
Massive Strategy Game - basically has raped my life for the past week and a half... Also Victoria II but not the same extent.
Not sure how I missed this game but fuck it's good, would be cool to get a big LP CK2 multiplayer game going sometime :3
I'll get another Music You Should Hear blog next week - been listening to a few really cool tracks that I've liked a lot thus far.
Anyways <3 LP
ps i just found out that red green put up whole seasons online http://www.youtube.com/user/RedGreenTV?feature=watch
one of my favorite childhood memories is sneaking downstairs after bedtime and watching a few episodes of red green with my dad. Awesome Show!
"If the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy."
Throwing a buddy a bachelor party - it will probably be local (Minneapolis, MN) - Just looking for some clever things you may have experienced at a bachelor party.
So far we've rented a limo for a day to drive us around but other than that it's just a bunch of ???'s
Now at the moment they only have a contribute portion, they will be adding equity and debt based funding as well. I think this is an amazing idea that will hopefully become very popular - it is very hard to raise capital for a business and banks have tightened down a ton on loans. So all you entrepreneurs out there pay attention and check this site out!
Personally I'll probably be going through this site within a year. I want to show how successful my business is and it's potential with additional funding.
Other things
------------
I just filed my taxes today, balls I got bent over hard again this year - anyone have any ideas that will help increase my deductions higher than the standard deductions? I realize owning a house would help considerably but I'll be in my apartment until at least fall.
I got my first mentor, she has been a business owner of a few companies which she built up and sold off - now is a president of a company that does business pretty much all over the world. I'm really looking forward to learning how she effectively networks as well as pick her brain about her business start ups.
One thing I am looking to do to jumpstart my network is volunteer - I volunteered maybe 40 hours last year all together which when I think of is really not much. I've made a goal of 100 volunteer hours for this year. About a full day a month which is totally doable.
Going alongside becoming more active in my community I'm in the process of joining a few local organizations such as the Lions Club, and also a few business owner associations to get my name out around town a bit more.
Anyways I hope all is well LP and have a good day :D
Well another year in the books for Sven, 25... Damn every year I look back and see how big of an idiot I was the year before.
Eh - hasn't been a bad one though, the job is awesome, the business is okay - haven't really been pushing to much time into it, or as much as I would like (I'll probably kick it up some more in the spring)
Apartment is super nice, 10 minute drive to work.
Here's a few pics of my living room. 106'' projection screen + theater seating - super comfy couch.
Only thing that sucks for the birthday this year is I have the flu, been sick since Thursday so couldn't rage or see my gf for it
Damn...
Well I hope all is well LP
<3
although on a side note Gustafsson won, Man U beat City, and so far my Vikings (team AP) are ripping the bears - not bad :D
I'm from Minnesota so we had a vote on changing the state constitution to say one man one woman. Right now it's about 52% No - 48% Yes which surprises me a bit, but then I think of all the hick towns and the deep seeded religion in this state and it's not to surprising.
Good hip hop song to go along with the subject, heard it on my way home today and was like damnnnnn that's sick.
Finally came back to youtube to upload this sick song
I have purchased his past few cd's looking forward to this one - gonna be sick if there are more like this
Well I ended up getting EQ the other day after hearing it was free to play - didn't really remember dick about how to play my ranger so I started over with a mage.
fast forward to now, I have a level 30 Magician on Cazic Thule and have a full sub for EQ (cap is currently 95, moving up to 100 in a month). The nostalgia level is fucking huge, and the leveling is a breeze so far with the new merc addition.
Let me know if anyone would be interested in joining me - I really enjoyed end game raiding in EQ back in the day. I hear they also have progression servers (basically they start the server off as vanilla 1999 EQ, and through community votes they progress to the next expansion pack - really cool idea imo so i might just transfer over. Although you cant transfer off once on.
After really taking all of your comments into consideration and doing more research, I have decided to keep my current car and when it dies purchase another reliable used card. Also with my savings for an auto, I will put it into my future home purchase which is a much better investment.
I really appreciate the input as well as the facts posted on my blog to make a really informed decision.
I'd rather be someone who can retire 10 years earlier than a guy who is working 2 jobs at 70 while hoping he dies soon.
