I've been playing Zoom. Its a great game, extremely addictive though.
Tough to imagine playing on a platform without it.
I Figured it out pretty well thx to some good coaching and common sense, been calling the NL100/NL200 games home (4 tabling sometimes and 8 others)
Have had some pretty big swings, but the games are pretty straightforward, although they get pretty tough at times.
WSOP's are 10 minutes from my house in Ottawa circuit events Nov 13-Nov 24th (16th/18th/20th are the 1.5k bi) other days are 365-580)
doing mostly nl100/nl200 + mtts sundays (do a few random ones here n there too)
oh, im on my own etc too which is cool
graphs so far....today was brutal..happens though. good at handling it by now.

I lost like 25k in MTT's for John after a 2 week break, (was sick)...it was the most brutal time of my life (felt like atleast!)...
Good ol CG's have been semi decent, so I'm just working there stayign up here, doing a few mtt's til things get flyin there again I imagine.
Playing Zoom has been something I been waiting to do anyways - although stars not getting into the states on the 26th sux, I will be here til February, so gives usa more time for the platform. IMO thats where all the $$ will be made during the boom..if/when we get Cali etc 2 grind w/ the 3 states...
Lifes been fun, I'm a lil tilted, be better when i wake up, you guys know how sick some of these sessions are... I haven't been posting hands, cuz I wasn't sure if i was going 2 be at NL200 and I don't really want to share my lines yet in most scenarios, like my edge... I'll start posting some interesting hands tomorrow though.
I'm gonna dedicate myself to this and keep getting as much coaching as I can, I think I can be a top nl100/nl200 zoom player very soon.

Spen the last 2 weeks just chillin and working on not needing my medication
the first week or so was pretty terrible, the next week i was startng to feel i can grind without it - although it would be tough day to day, i finally decided to try today without meds OTG, did 25 mtt registrations - had some good results - but brokeeven with some higher stkaes stuff that died pre bubblez
things went ok - about a breakeven session so far after 2nd $27 KO for 800ish prior to taking my meds (got em today)
in just 2 mtts left right now and gotta bounce for 15 mins lol, when i get back im gonna load up another session
im thinking of doing a teamviewer session for ALL LP's MTT'ers - think this can pay it forward for what all LP has done for me
ALL LP Mtters thta wanna learn from what ive learned from years on the lp, pm me and we can make a lil group, its always fun to coach and mesh minds - dont realyl care how good u r tbh as long as u understand tournaments
I haven't been putting in too much grinding lately, been learning the art of Zoom poker though which is a big plus for MTT's and CG's (99.3% MTT's obv)
Ugh, so I just moved into my new place, I didn't have an address for my momz to send me my meds which sucked. So I have an adress now - so she can send them. Without them, its very tough to focus on a page in a book, let alone 15 hours of 15-30 mtt's stacked ontop of each other..
So now I have the address atleast!
The apartment is nice, I'll go back into the blog later and upload some pics, pretty standard, 2 story house, 4 apartments, hardwood flooring, orange walls, flat screen tv on the wall and my 32 inch lcd i use for poker under that. Cozy couch with foot extender etc, queen side bed, nice balcony, enjoy it.
feeling a ton more relaxed than i have since i arrived. very thankful, on Canadian thanksgiving i moved in, and obviously I have much to be thankful for.

OK so I'm going to be 6-7 tabling (the best mtt's and just keep 7 going mb pop and 8th on the other screen if its too good to miss from the start)
Do this until next Monday and evaluate everything. I believe I can make more by risking less - I got burnt out after about 45 days and haven't been playing too much since.
My energy levels are rising again and I'm feeling good again though, this is a big plus.

Peter Jennings (Marshall28) - also picked up the 215 Sunday 50k/100k @ Americas card room / Wed 162 and nightly 27.50s at a standard 50% deal as well, we worked together for a week in the states and split like 4k or so, hes an awesome guy and his set ranges and set lines are a huge key to my successes to get me to near where i need to be! This guy is the NUTS*
Squee451 (won the sunday mil) - is gonna give me some Sunday coaching for $150 an hr, should need 2-4 hours, to see why he gets the big wins on Sundays, have to know the small things hes doing different! hes a great guy and good friend as well

been doin alright, feel way ahead of the game most the time, hit a 16k score other day, got me to +9k on the stake, chopped to 4.5k he said i can just do this on my own now, no reason to be staked. we tight like that for life. good to have friends like this in industry always.
I did get MU owned as every horse goes through, I've run 2 sessions and done pretty decent in both them since i went free (its the best fastest way to clear these and I can handle a BR well now, I've done so for very well and I ban myself cashgames ), lookin to be 100% clear of everything in the next 4-15 days.

I am being frugal, $ only spent on food n green - had some fun my first month out, got that out of my system, had a crazy birthday night out too, 11am-5am lol, recooped today - back OTG after I get up and eat etc.
up like 28k or so, my backers account was literally hacked, saw all the proof, $9k was stolen, that was a big hit to the profits I made (every 10k I make I can move up a $100 limit (ie when i hit 20k i could play 215s etc) - was really stressed out the last couple days, but stars finally got back to him after a few days thank god.
have a nice chunk in the account anyways, was mostly gonna be fine, just not the optimal scenario to be in abroad imo.
Getting back OTG tomorrow, nothin to big lately, chopped a 11r for 6.7k last week and chopped the 55 60k turbo for 8.1k with 800k 3/4 stax were 425kish,800k(me),1.25k,2.1k - Was happy with the figures, I never look at lobby - ended up busting 4th too so that worked out well.
Hrm, been going out some, friends here are vv chill, have some good students on there way up....ne thing else, ah, wcoops are stressful i tell ya lol, they are good at numbing you for the 10-30k hits though, after playin for such high figures daily, the 10k hits seem like 2k hits, so thats kinda a great experience, this was my first year playing mostly any wcoop 500 or lower i wanted
those 109 2r1a i play for $209 (5k starting) and they are like 7-10k a night. I loooove em. Took down a $33 2r1a Sunday for 4.3k, but somehow I am 6.5k or so in makeup give or take 400. (I did just need to take a loan though, was on last $20 in wallet in Ottawa lol)
Lifes been pretty chill, feel like im workin for nothin kinda, but thankful and very happy to be working at same time. Have only paid off 2 debts and put a 22% or w/e chunk in a 5k debt im payin off so far, just hoping before end of year i can be free for 2014 one freakin time for real.
So after arriving, i got myself 10k in makeup, got up for a week or so but didn't make much, went 11k back in make-up - cleared makeup last night by hitting the 11 rebuy (chopped 4way for 6.7k)

Got up to Ottawa and right away was seeing castles n stuff like this everywhere, was pretty awe inspiring to say the least. Went to lots of clubs pubs, the best sports bar voted by ESPN which has like 90 500 inch TVs etc, some awesome experiences.
Been driving to MTL to play some late night MTT's, get completely fckin hammered bluffing everyone to the FT's, showing them a rag everytime, pissin ppl off w/ my gift of gab at the table, god its been a blast.
I took on a new student that has came a LONG way, hes really fckin sick now, think he mb > me soon !
Stayed with a friend the first month, but on the 16th this lease is up, so going to look at some new places today.
Partying in MTL is insanely insane.
I've been coke free for over 13 months! (pepsi is way better!!)

so in a nutshell, Ottawa is really great for grinders, MTL is really dangerous too which I never knew, but a sweet fun city. One night I was passed out drunk in the car when my friend went into see a girl, cops came n grabbed me out of the car, I left my wallet and phone in the car, they drove me about a mile away at tim hortons and dropped me off, but was rollin that night too, so had no fuckin idea where the hell i was, was like being dropped off in japan. thank god my roomate found my wasted ass !

week 1 - was getting my push fold back down and was making alot of mistakes - week 2 - was more confident but still had some mistakes - week 3 way less mistakes and started clicking back tons of 4 and 6 bets - took the last few days off after like 20/21 days played
I'm definately not happy with the results of my first month, and look to pick up the pace and have a dominant second month.

I grew up playing poker in back smokey card rooms, 50 cent big blind - was busto all the time, but i was just the best player ever, they just sucked out on me every time!! I saw this video by some awesome player - think he name was TUFF_FISH - a real 5/10 GRinder- he showed me the way!!!
JK - my coaches are woodbrave / jlost88 / baza88 / marshall28 / DoomerFD taught me FR/ Raszi Taught me HU, Andrewsong and I used to be pretty tight b4 he got super high stakes - I can NOT praise this guy enough. Hes amazing.
so I donked around like the donk I am for years learning to play - Hevad told me via MsN one day in like 2004 (You will learn to survive) and that I did.
The only poker book I have ever read is Barrys book on how to handle yourself lol.
so i grinded cg's nl2 - nl100 $20 - $3k - then dumped it when they caught on and i couldnt adjust heheh
so i moved to nl50-nl1k HU and played there for a year, i lost a year of my life but got lucky and beat frink for like 20bi so that was the stripper success! and that raidan game at 25/50 was so much fun in hindsight, i cant help but laugh
i moved to vegas in 09 and jlost88 and woodbrave got me MTTing! Things went great! My Roomie Quoc and Dee were awesome and up n comin, great atmosphere and knew this was for me for the rest of my life.
Then I had artanis and a ton of ballas put me into a ton of tournaments i was not ready for at all.
I went 45k in debt faster than a rock hits the ground from your hand to the street.
since then, I made yet another mistake - this is the one that stands out the most in my life and gets a label of "scammer" by my name - in 2010 I had a stake with Partimepoker.com - $8k stake - went to 15k - then had a 8-11k downswing. at this point i went super hardcore degen mode and lost the last 4k that was in there (hu cash my weakness - i had completely lost my mind at this point).
I vouched to pay it back in full for my mistake on the last 50% of the stake (and have paid off only 1.4k so far)
Its similar to when barbieman from LP staked me 3.5k and i degened it, and I Paid him back 100% back within 1-2 months.
I am TerrIble with $$$$ in hand. I am a HUGE pothead. I post rants, and had deep bad anger problems for years. I lived the most unbalanced, unhappy life of most grinders for soooooo long. It was my fault. It is what it is.
I let all these kids run me over on a forum for years after that mistake - trollin me to tilt daily, they loved it, and I understand 110% why.
I just takin it on the chin like Tyson from Holyfield, gettin ready to bite an ear off after it finally got to me.
So, then during a week of just being pissed at everything in the world, i spazzed shit on everyone and everything in the world, with the decision that lp was hurting me at the time - instead of when i joined and it was helping me etc. it was just negatively affecting my day by day mentality. I apologize for that, obviously just a neillystonednutsorant#
so i went to work for baza88 for a year and made some good monies and got to the highstakes circuit for a year, he took good care of me and I'm forever grateful for all the work we put in together and the shit he put up with me during my "growing pains"
After a crazy summer in Costa - I was renting a house off my dad and owned hero/carbon to acr - but just got sick of no stars. I was 40k in Makeup with brad 1 month into costa, after 3 months it was clear, during my stint in the states - it sucked w/out a MTT platform, and had to wait 3 months for m carbon $$ which sent me back to bustoland haha..

Talked some with a few good friends, have a large investor group - but took 1 main investor on since we have been great friends for 4 years. Have backups if need be, but this guy is a true 10 in all areas of life and gives to charities etc, so def love working with him.
So the kid you guys "know" - has grown up a lot, learned cause and causality - accept the negative statements that were directed at me as I was doing the wrong thing the wrong way.
To be Frank, I should be debt free, Baza88 was giving me 3k a month to play for him and I was just blowing it and thinking (ill just pay off my debts when I get a nice 15k score) - terrible way of thinking. Also when I left Vancouver - I paid off 21k in debts and kept 7k - bought a truck - and totalled it - making my car insurance 3x higher. FML karma you are good.
So ya - i was getting really agitated of no good platform to grind on, Ottawa was a great choice because its just so close to home.
Getting into Canada was easy this time, just told em im comin up for poker and they let me right in.
been here a week, have had some real deep runs etc, 22nd big 162 etc, won a 109T, but down overall right now - been forcin things a lil bit - for the buy-ins its nothin tho - 1 win gets me to even heh (500 mtts played in about 7 days of play ~14 hrs a day)

Is still 15k in debt, but thats just a number. 1 win. That guy did deserve all the shit you guys gave him, he was a real prick, thought his shit didn't stink, and thought he could just do everything his way. Kid was a fuckin retard.
ah, last week - got top 35 in FTOPS - 1st was over 100k that woulda been sick, over 3k runners.

First week in Ottawa, I got to see the Capital of Canada with my roomie, my god its beautiful, like that song - castles in the sky, there are castles everywhere. its so sick. and um, spearmint rhino can suck it compared to the clubs up here.
